Vital Data Technology Achieves AMP Measure Certification for 2026, Marking Sixth Consecutive Year

Vital Data Technology (VDT) is proud to announce that its Affinitē™ Quality Improvement solution has achieved NCQA certification for Align. Measure. Perform. (AMP) measures for Measurement Year 2026. This marks the sixth consecutive year that VDT has earned AMP Measure Certification, and reflects our continued commitment to accurate, reliable, and forward-looking quality measurement.

AMP is a statewide healthcare performance measurement and improvement program administered by the Integrated Healthcare Association. The program brings participating health plans and provider organizations together around common measures and performance benchmarks that support value-based care. Today, 17 health plans and more than 200 provider organizations participate in AMP Core.

Earning certification for MY 2026 confirms that Affinitē QI continues to meet NCQA’s rigorous requirements for calculating certified AMP measures accurately and consistently.
