Vital Data Technology Secures AMP Measure Certification for 2024, Reinforcing Leadership in Healthcare Innovation

(AMP) measure certification from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for Measurement Year 2024, marking our fourth consecutive year recognition. The AMP Program, managed by the Integrated Healthcare Association (IHA) on behalf of 13 health plans, over 200 provider organizations, and more than 13 million Californians, is one of the nation’s largest, most established value-based healthcare performance improvement measurement programs. The program is recognized nationally for its comprehensive approach to value-based healthcare performance, and continues to drive enhancements in care quality and cost efficiency throughout the state. For 2024, the AMP measure sets cover critical domains such as Clinical Quality, Data Quality, Patient Experience, Advancing Care Information, Appropriate Resource Use, and Cost of Care. These measures enable healthcare providers to make timely and informed decisions, enhancing patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
